Those who have lived in or visited Havana, Cuba, have certainly seen scenes like this on any balcony of any building, especially in the municipality of Old Havana. Almost every balcony has an improvised clothesline with sheets and other clothes, neighbors or family members leaning on the balcony in conversation while watching the street below. In this work, I use a common street scene to represent the daily behavior of Cubans and their conditions in today's society.
